The Cottages
We have 2 self catering pet friendly holiday cottages that have been awarded 4 stars by VisitEngland. We can also rent out our Bed & Breakfast Barn as a 4 bedroom self catering cottage (for a minimum of 2 nights and with no pets.)
Details and photographs of all of the holiday cottages are below. They are perfectly located for Filey, Flamborough and Bridlington and to explore the Yorkshire Coast.

To secure a booking a £100 deposit is required and the balance is then due 6 weeks before arrival. Payment can be by debit card, bank transfer or cheque. Credit cards incur a 1% charge.
Puffin Cottage
Sleeps 2/4
A brand new holiday cottage in 2009 converted from an old stable and hay loft dating back to 1810, into a luxury 2 storey 1 bedroom cottage. The accommodation has an upstairs bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite shower room; there is also a double sofabed in the lounge. We can also supply an extra bed in the bedroom for a child so that the grown ups still have the use of the lounge in the evening.
It has exposed oak beams, smoked pine floorboards and exposed chalk stone
Changeover day is a Friday, and so weekly bookings are Friday to Friday and short breaks Friday - Monday or Monday - Friday. Please note only weekly bookings taken for July & August.

Guillemot Cottage
Sleeps 4
Another brand new holiday cottage in 2009, Guillemot is a 2 bedroom cottage converted from old stables. The accommodation has a twin room with full size single beds and a double bedded room; with the added advantage of being all on the ground floor. Both rooms have their own ensuites, one with a bath with shower over and one with an extra wide shower cubicle and so this holiday cottage is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Again with exposed oak beams and smoked pine floorboards, Guillemot Cottage also has a wood burning stove, for those chilly evenings.
Changeover day is a Friday, and so weekly bookings will be Friday to Friday and short breaks Friday - Monday or Monday - Friday. Please note we only take weekly bookings in July & August.
If our cottages are booked, or for larger parties, why not try our Bed & Breakfast - we can do deals on stays over 4 nights, or rent The Barn as a self catering cottage (sorry with no pets).

The Barn
Sleeps 8
The Barn was newly converted in 2011 into a stunning 4 bedroom property that sleeps up to 8. The 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room all have their own ensuite and traditional features such as oak beams.
The Barn also has flat screen TVs, a DVD player and access to Free WiFi.
The Barn is also available for Bed & Breakfast at £35 per per person per night (based on 2 sharing). £40 for July & August.
Changeover Day can be any day and is available for Self Catering for a minimum of 2 nights.
For larger parties why not book The Barn & Puffin or Guillemot Cottage as they are located in the same courtyard and all 3 properties booked together can accomodate a party of 16.
Unfortunately no pets are permitted in The Barn.
